So what is Globetrotting4one all about?

Well, the genius of Globetrotting4one came out of my work on my main website, arushton.com.  I was finding that I was posting a lot of travel related information from trips both with in the United States and Europe.  Most of my material related to places I have been and started to drift to words more focused pieces which were more review and informational in content.

Another reason why I started Globetrotting4one was to share information.  For just over two years, I was a Travel Manager at work, in charge of all travel arrangements for all the staff at work.  I learned a great deal in terms of timing of when to purchase books at the lowest cost to dealing with hotel, car rental and other related travel companies.  In the past I shared my advice with just friends and family, but figured that this would be the perfect venue to share such information.

My travel these days is centered on Western Europe and the United States.  I do plan to venture out to other regions of the world in due course.  My travel is a mix of travel for work and personal travel.

While I don’t travel as much as others, I do travel a fair amount.  These days my travel is a mix of that done using the commercial airlines and general aviation as I am a licensed private pilot.  I have purposely decided for this web site to focus soley on the commercial side of the travel industry.  I have a seperate web site soley dedicated to the general aviation side of my life – onemanflying.com.
